I'm not even sure anyone was asking a that particular question. I think WP is at a very weird crossroads, and I'm not at all convinced Gutenberg is the answer. So I'm currently very interested in Breakdance, looks like it ticks many many boxes. I grabbed a lifetime deal, and it allows me to design and build bespoke sites, quickly, and clients are always very happy. But I only use it for smaller sites, it's not very good for dynamic sites/data sources, ACF integration etc. I liked building with Elementor but found it bloated and unreliable.īrizy is very well designed and built, a genuine breeze to build with, has so many solid layout blocks straight out of the box, and outputs clean, lightweight, fast sites. I spent a while using Gutenberg and it's not fun to build with, and far too clunky for clients to use IMO.
